Changed your mind?
You can return unopened cartons within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item and the original standard delivery charge. You'll need to pay the cost of sending it back.
- Email hello@brooklynhalo.com within 14 days of delivery to tell us you'd like to return your order.
- Send the unopened cartons back within 14 days of telling us, to the address below.
- We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving them, to your original payment method.
Opened cartons
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened cartons back unless they're faulty.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, please email a photo to hello@brooklynhalo.com within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it quickly. We'll send a replacement or a refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
